Omnidroid Enabled string changes #126

The string for the Settings -> Omnidroid is Enabled setting is a bit 
misleading.  It always says "is enabled" regardless of checkbox status.  If the 
string was dynamicly changed from "is enabled" to "is disabled" it would be 
less misleading.

I actually don't like that being part of those preferences at all, we should do 
something about it. In general, setting menu needs to be organized.
