Disclaimer problems #146

1) Disclaimer is cancellable
 1) Uninstall Omnidroid
 2) Install omnidroid
 3) When presented with the disclaim hit the back button (it goes away until next onCreate of ActivityMain)

2) Omnidroid is enabled even if disclaimer isn't accepted (toasts about it's 
enabled status)

I have the fix for these already, but it's lumped into some other code I'm 
working on.  Will commit it later, just adding this as a reminder.
