An action to Enable/disable actions #177

I want to enable or disable a handler by sending messages. 

Whats possible now:

Currently I can set it to send me the smses over email. 

What isn't possible now:

I cant control an action when I am away.

What I could have done.

But I dont want it enabled unless I have left the phone somewhre, like @ office 
or home. If I realize I have left it at home, I can send an sms and it enables 
a rule , which in turn starts forwarding all the messages and alerts me about 
calls over email.
