Added

Two buttons to the users dashboard (user/:user_id/dashboard) named "Programs" and "Add A Workout Entry"
Tests for buttons routing correctly
Programs index page and Workouts index page
Some dummy data in seeds.rb
More relationships to update models w/ tests

This is looking good. I would say in the future, let's find a way to push up smaller PRs so they are easier to review. We also might want to think about adding rubocop (maybe we already decided this), so that we can have it automatically lint our code.

I also think we should get into the habit of pasting screenshots of any UI we are adding. Do you mind doing that for the dashboard view?

I agree with the smaller PRs. I think I got carried away... Haven't yet decided about rubocop, but a good idea, would that be your recommendation?
