not every calendar is listed #150

Hiya! The plugin only retrieves the "main" calendar and "other" calendars that I've added via url in google. I have several under the "my calendars" tab in my account but the plugin sees only the first one and titles it after my email. Looked through other people's issues with listing calendars but mine seems to be different :(

They appeared after some time! :P
