v. 14 won't install though plugin keeps asking to update #91

The plugin keeps offering to update (because I have version 1.18.13 and the latest version is 14). But then installer installs v. 13. Ditto when I uninstall and start from scratch. v 13 keeps getting installed, followed by notice that I should update.
