File Explorer Retrieves All Descendants on Load instead of Just Root Level #23

Probably configuring one of the NestedTreeComponent and co classes incorrectly.

Expected behavior is only to load each level with depth 1 until user expands a level, at which point dynamically populate the data for next level down.

No longer implementing our own file browser
