ProgressBar Removed Erroneously If Repeat Identifier Errors while Original Process Still Running

• We use naive identifiers with the ProgressBars feature store right now.
• Our logic around removing a progressbar catches both success and failure cases, such as for restoring backups or creating backups.
• Failure case doesn't have enough information to differentiate the following two scenarios:
  • Backup is started, backup is started again causing a failure (CannotRestoreWhileContainerUpError), original backup succeeds
  • In this scenario, we do NOT want to remove the progressbar on the failure, only on completion of the original backup (success or failure)
  • Backup is started, original backup fails
  • In this scenario, we want to remove the progressbar on the failure

Easiest solution may be to generate a "trace id" at the start of a flow and to use that as part of progressbar identifiers.
