Match UI with syntax theme #46

I quite like the layout of this theme, such as how the file search and atom command things open up in the center of the screen, however it does not match well with my syntax theme since I'm not the biggest fan of the City Lights syntax colours.

It would be nice if City Lights UI was made to use colours from the selected syntax theme, instead of having hardcoded colours built into it (Atom Material UI does this).
