Please add the Algerian flag - country code DZ

This will benefit all users that will need to show the Algerian flag.

While the Algerian flag is not (yet) included in our Flag index, it is part of flagpack core package. See the svg files i.e.: https://github.com/Yummygum/flagpack-core/blob/main/svg/l/DZ.svg
