Decrese second jump when picking video thumbnail #513

As of now, when choosing a thumbnail, it seems like the jumps are quite drastic about 2-3seconds.

I think it would be beneficial if the thumbnail range was decreased to 1 second or a sub-second time. This would allow for more precise thumbnail curation.

Thoughts?

Could you share a bit more context so I can get better understanding what should be improved? If you attach a video that illustrates the problem that would be perfect.

If I understand well this is the time for the preview to update. This looks way too long indeed.
