fix: remove plugin vite & fix adv.md hot update

• remove @advjs/plugin-vite,

advjs is deeply integrated with Vite, and the transformed content also requires @advjs/client content, so a separate plugin @advjs/plugin-vite seems unnecessary.

• fix @advjs/drama.adv.md hot update by add .adv.md
