IDE action to update Action #47

On some projects, dependabot might not be set because it gets too noisy. It would be nice if this plugin could provide suggestions for updating actions if they are in v?\d+ regex format.

You are suggesting to highlight actions which are updateable? If yes, then you are right, this would be awesome and could be also implemented for auto completions. I might not start right now, due xMas Seasons ;)

@LecrisUT created a similar issue on my jetbrains plugin. I implemented a CLI to do this in python. (https://github.com/dsoftwareinc/github-actions-cli)
