Description

Connect the HttpService to the event bus, so that it sends the request and acts on the response, if present.

Acceptance Criteria

HttpService is sending HttpRequest Events
The Service acts on event responses
The Service sends an unhandled http request event on no event responses
The Service answers with 404 on no responses
