Support Parallels #4

Unfortunately Packer doesn't work well with Fedora Atomic boot.iso. But I got an idea and I will try to make a box for Parallels this weekend.

Done at v0.8.0

It doesn't look good to use the default network config which has created on installation with VirtualBox.
