Add exec_login_as helper to execute sudo commands with the --login option #15

Execute sudo with the --login option (hence in user home dir, with prior loading of .profile, etc.) Used in discourse app (not pushed yet) and could be used in the postgresql helpers.

NB: Shall we rename that helpers to ynh_exec_as and ynh_exec_login_as...?
