Rename LBCAlert to Cheky, upgrade to v3.8.1 and security fix #3

Problem :

Unable to install since the application name change

Solution :

rename all the aucurances of "LBCAlert" to "Cheky"

Bonus :

Upgrade to V3.8.1
forbid access to the "var" folder in the nginx conf

Oops, validated too quickly! Thanks a lot for your PR! :+1: I made a couple of comments. Creating a cheky_ynh repository would be a good thing because the LBCAlerte name will be soon forgotten :wink:
