The workflow folder in not needed anymore for the autoupdates. We should implement it to the manifest.toml file like in the doc: https://yunohost.org/fr/packaging_apps_resources#sources

@ericgaspar mmmwokay, as it seems that you guys are adding a lot of stuff right now in the manifest.toml that are not yet documented (like the architecture and autoupdater), I will stop pushing changes into this PR and let you handle it.
