Problem

Bump Ampache to v4.1.1
Based on top of #54

Solution

Use new phpfpm helpers from yunohost v3.8
Pretty sure this prepare some stuff for buster support ...

About deprecated stuff, I think it's better to open another PR than using this one. One thing at a time ;)
