It works again… so the service was unavailable.

Hum… not quite solved:

WARNING - W: GPG error: https://dl.bintray.com/crystal/deb all Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 379CE192D401AB61

I think this as nothing to do with Bibliogram and that you will get the same warning with another app using apt-get Can you try this to reimport the key: sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 379CE192D401AB61
