Config check issue #21

Hi,

it seems to me that the line https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/borg_ynh/blob/master/conf/backup-with-borg.j2#L18 is incorrect.

The result of the previous line is either 0 or 1 (for me it returns 1 at least) so the comparison fails. If think this should just be if [ $conf -eq 1 ]

In the current state the system data and the system conf are not backed up.
