Dendrite is unusable after installation (database fail) #109

Describe the bug

When installing Dendrite there is a problem with the database, which already exists, except that it is a brand new installation of Yunohost.

This also prevents any action with Dendrite, impossible to open the inscriptions or to close them.

That database is a red herring.

There apparently is some issue with variable expansion when interacting with config panel.
