Repair Python app after bullseye migration Postgresql migration from 11 to 13 failed for Discourse app

Context

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.0.10.2 (stable)
I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen | ...
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
Using, or trying to install package version/branch:  Using  Discourse  2.8.8~ynh1

Steps to reproduce

Error message came after starting the migration. Manual CLI upgrade for Discourse app also failed
