Describe the bug

500 Error when trying to install any theme, git, local or from the "popular section"

Context

Hardware: Self-hosted on a PC with 4GB of ram and ~64GB of ssd storage.
YunoHost version: 11.2.23
I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen (all ways)
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
Using, or trying to install package version/branch: master | 2.8.14~ynh4

Steps to reproduce (on discourse)

Go to /admin/customize/themes
Click on "Install"
Try to install literally any theme

Expected behavior

For the theme to be installed.
