• Update Readme following last work made on the package and current version in testing branch

• Languages : English and French
• Update to reflect current state of package
• File taken from the forum and post [Official app] Dokuwiki

Issues

• Links to CI does not work and I cannot find the "correct" addresses. Can you, please, correct them or give me pointers?
• I didn't test on ARM. Only Jessie and Stretch
