When changing the URL the following message is shown:

Packagers /!\ : 'app checkurl' is deprecated ! Please use the helper 'ynh_webpath_register' instead !

Thanks for reporting this issue. It is not directly related to DokuWiki but to the way Yunohost handles applications. So it has to be fixed by the core team. See https://github.com/YunoHost/issues/issues/1217
