Upgrade fails #168

Using latest YNH stable. Here is the log https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/iqovusuhan

Main thing that I see is:

4380 mysqldump: Error 1194: Table 'store' is marked as crashed and should be repaired when dumping table `store` at row: 350439
5910 Could not back up etherpad_mypads__2
5928 Nothing to save
Backup failed, the upgrade process was aborted.
Could not upgrade etherpad_mypads__2: An error occurred inside the app upgrade script

It is fixed with mysqlrepair -A --auto-repair
