I took the liberty of updating DESCRIPTION.md because I was confused by the "features" list mentioning stuff like "Plugins to enable Video and Audio chat in a pad." or "Plugins to improve provide Image support within a pad." which make it sound like these are shipped by default ?

Feel free to revert / rework my changes
