Backup Core Only on upgrade!

Describe the bug

Not a bug, but upgrading this app creates a huge backup! 56.5 GB for me as of writing. For upgrades, this should follow a similar route as Peertube and Immich, where only the core files are backed up.

Context

• Hardware: Raspberry Pi at home
• YunoHost version: 11.2.30.2
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
• Using, or trying to install package version/branch: 2.31.1~ynh2
• If upgrading, current package version: 2.31.1~ynh1

Steps to reproduce

Perform an Upgrade

Expected behavior

Reasonable backup size, say 2 GB or less. All of my files do not need backed up.
