Upgrade to current latest version 6.1.15 and fix some minor issues with documentation

Problem

The current version on master is 6.1.11 which has a bug that prevents users from viewing the budgets page (https://github.com/firefly-iii/firefly-iii/issues/8737).

Solution

Update to the latest version.

I also went trough the documentation and fixed some wording issues and corrected the upstream license

Automatic tests

Automatic tests can be triggered on https://ci-apps-dev.yunohost.org/ after creating the PR, by commenting "!testme", "!gogogadgetoci" or "By the power of systemd, I invoke The Great App CI to test this Pull Request!". (N.B. : for this to work you need to be a member of the Yunohost-Apps organization)
