Gitea 1.18.x and above break config #63

Not an issue with the package, but just a PSA for when the package is upgraded to 1.18.x

The combined mailer.HOST option has been deprecated in favor of the new mailer.SMTP_ADDR and mailer.SMTP_PORT options.
