Small fixes to fix tests on the CI.

The CI was unable to locate the non-free packages ... not sure why, but at least we can set the "nonfree" option to false during the test
The folder /lib/firmware did not exist, make sure it exists

Those are small fixes so it should be safe to deploy them ? The purpose being to be able to get the app flagged as working with level > 0.
