The app claim conflict with Armbian I'm not even sure it's the case because I successfully install firmware-atheros without problems.

You are running Armbian and non-free firmware are known to conflict with armbian-firwmare.
Variable firmware_non_free has been forced to 'no'

The package list is broken for buster

For Atheros usb wifi cards firmware-atheros or firmware-ath9k-htc are relevant now.
