after tying the update to HZ 8.4 i get this error message:

"Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0". "

HZ 8.4 needs PHP > 8.1.0 https://framagit.org/hubzilla/core/-/blob/master/install/INSTALL.txt

Compare to gafam social network, if we want to keep independent internet, it should be nice to be able not to have a full blackout of the application during 2 weeks, I miss it and still don't know if I need to roll back to a backup, depending of the delay of fixing this php problem. Any visibility ? Thanks anyway for development ...

i did a roll back right a way two weeks ago... just delete the HZ app and install the backup -

No need to remind use how independent internet matters. I think we are all convinced. On the other hand, providing logs is not optional if we want to find and fix the issue.

Does anybody have still this logs?

I only have two logs when trying to install with php 8.2. They are finishing without errors, but Hubzilla isn't available then. My Hub isn't that important, as there are three people on it, so I could try and report logs.

I did some tests, even a restart of the server (there have been times where a reboot broke the timeline), still communication is possible. Federation (my Hub is ZOT only) is working too, so I guess you have done a great job, again. Thank you very very much!
