Remove mysql option on install + Fix php-fpm settings bug

Problem

If we change php-fpm settings of the app in YunoHost admin, the app becomes unusable with a 502 error.
In /etc/php/8.2/fpm/pool.d/hubzilla.conf we find this : listen = /var/run/php/php7.4-fpm-hubzilla.sock

Solution

We add a variable in _common.sh to make sure that 8.2 is used in php-fpm settings (variable used in the config script)
On an already broken install, a simple update with this solution solves the problem

Hi @ericgaspar ! Rather than forcing mysql to postgresql conversion, which seems quite complicated, I'd suggest we just remove the mysql option for new installs, while for already existing installs we keep using the existing mysql db used (I've tested it, it works).

Last but no least, we get the Level 8 back, woohoo!
