Cleanup, Prosody modules were used with no reason and except one which could be needed none are completely compatible with Metronome. Backporting Prosody modules can't be done as long as they aren't adapted for Metronome internals codebases are completely diverging now.

The install script is broken at lines 165 and 167 because it tries to copy the removed mod_carbons and mod_smacks.
Same holds for remove, restore, and backup.
