recompile jniwrapper-native jar to support sctp need openjdk-8 because 9more doesn't support javah fix #72

ok done, I made the trick. i tested the install script, the remove script, install master, the update script from master version

i modify some generic files like README Manifest for the version, config panel to edit some help for the max_memory variable. Merci yahl76 your help was really needed ;)
