jitsi support for armhf #76

Problem

no video and sound between connected users

Solution

recompile jniwrapper-native jar to support sctp need openjdk-8 because 9more doesn't support javah fix #72

Ok géniale, plus tard dans l'hiver (juin par la ) j'essaierais d'intégrer jibri #26 et jigasi #26 . Mais j'ai vu que élément sortait element-call. Un peu plus décentralisé que jitsi. Le choix sera là.
