fix for ldap

Problem

• after installing kimai2 in yuno, the ldap user from yuno were not able to login.

Solution

• in the actual version there has to be a "activate: true" tag within the ldap config in the local.yaml

Automatic tests

I've changed it manually but it doesn't work.

I tried on an upgrade of Kimai2. Tried it on a newly installed Kimai2.

Not sure what's going wrong.
