Reading the code, it seems that you don't use the latest available versions from Odoo and OCA/OCB repositories. Meanwhile Odoo recommends daily updates through their own nightly packages repository, and using Oca/OCB means obviously frequent updates too (through Git pull). Professional install use crontab for these tasks.
But strictly regarding the current downloads from Github, do you have plan or ideas to deal with this ?
