Held_messages return an error

access to 'held_messages' return an error asking to 'Redémarrez le cœur de Mailman.

Context

• Hardware: Old laptop or computer
• YunoHost version: 11.2.5
• Maiman version: 1,0-ynh2
• I have access to my server: *Through SSH, through the webadmin, direct access via keyboard / screen
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: *no

• Using, or trying to install package version/branch:
• If upgrading, current package version: can be found in the admin, or with yunohost app info $app_id

Steps to reproduce

1. *Go to '..postorius/lists/.'
2. Connect as root
3. Select a list
4. Click on 'Held_massages'
5. See error in french L'API REST de Mailman n'est pas disponible. Redémarrez le cœur de Mailman.
6. Try services mailman3 and mailman3-web : no change
