Check if architecture is ARM and cancel installation directly #243

Problem

c.f. https://forum.yunohost.org/t/mastodon-installation-constant-fails-other-posts-not-helping/13176 and many other posts the last days / weeks, bcrypt failing compilation supposedly because not on x86 architecture ... I seem to recall somebody said that the app could be adapted with some tweaks for bcrypt to still be able to install on ARM (considering it was supported before ?)

Solution

Cancel the installation right away if we detect that arch is ARM, unless somebody has a better idea ...

seems linked to https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/mastodon_ynh/issues/240, maybe we should apply the fix or wait next Mastodon release
