Would it be possible to add support for Dendrite here?

Maybe a drop-down that allows you to select either Synapse or Dendrite, since both are working and packaged by YunoHost now

It would be nice to also add conduit support.

The upstream project is unmaintained. I will archive the project of this package, probably in favor of mautrix/discord bridge
