Propose upgrading to Mattermost v6.3.3 #326

Mattermost v6.3.3 release is officially out.

Hello, @kemenaran For the update, I'd like to highlight that 6.3 breaks the Board plugin: there's a manual workaround that works, but it might be interesting to wait for 6.3.1, which is intended to solve this issue (see https://docs.mattermost.com/install/self-managed-changelog.html#release-v6-3-extended-support-release)
