I've seen that too and i have a look into branches. I think it's in progress : https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/mattermost_ynh/blob/v2/manifest.toml I presume that the team takes advantage of the apps updates to switch to the new standard (v2) for their integration in the YunoHost ecosystem. I'm sure it will happen soon :-)
