Can't upload plugins #446

Hello,

I'am trying to upload plugins but the bouton is grey. I try to modify config.json in /var/www/mattermost/config/ but (even after restart services), the bouton is still grey.

I tried to upload with mmctl but it says that plugin upoad is not activate.

How can fix it ?

I forgot to check "accept non sign", that's on me.
