Encryption enabled in config, but dependencies not installed. #12

Describe the bug

Enabling encryption at config/install time, it seems like dependencies are not installed as the log shows:

 python3[23699]: [2021-08-07 12:08:46,748] [ERROR@mau.mx] Encryption enabled in config, but dependencies not installed.

e2be is probably the dependency in question.
