We're about to merge the new config panel in mautrix_whatsap, it should be copied and adapted in this bridge too

As signal and telegram both are python bridges, more or less copy-pasting https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/mautrix_signal_ynh/pull/70 should do the job ! @thardev @rosbeef
