Notes

• Release v0.12.2
• Prevent collision botname by using a different var for appservice -> id:
• Improve Github workflow action script updater.sh by retrieving also the latest config.yaml file
• Improve docs by adding e2be config section
• Fix bug on the upgrade script introduced after some refactor
