Misskey write a lot of cache files for yarn and node_modules, up to 3GB after a fresh install. I suppose this could not be backed up, as it would rebuilt it anyway ? Then we should exclude it from the backup.
This could be coupled with #58.
I'd be happy to test this is someone does it :)
